Compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies for individual patients under a valid prescription. They are not approved by the FDA or any other regulator for safety, effectiveness or quality, and they are not the same as branded medicines. Clinical trial results referenced on this page, including the STEP-1 trial of semaglutide 2.4 mg and the SURMOUNT-1 trial of tirzepatide 15 mg, were obtained with branded medicines used alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity. Compounded versions were not studied in those trials. Your clinician will explain the expected benefits, the risks and the most common side effects before you begin, and will review your progress at each refill.

Monthly plans are $97 (Semaglutide) or $199 (Tirzepatide) for your initial 30 days of treatment, then $297 or $379 every 30 days until you cancel; the renewal price is repeated at checkout. Prepaid plans are billed once and never renew. Cancel anytime before your next renewal date; the price never rises with your dose. Availability depends on the laws of your state and is confirmed during your assessment, before you pay for any medication. Medication is shipped by licensed pharmacy partners in discreet packaging where delivery is permitted.
